It’s my understanding, the facilities would not need to be that complex. The
Care for COVID patients is fluids and a ventilator if they are in critical care. Physicians I spoke to said that could be done by very low level care employees.

Plus, our military is able to build hospitals in a day in the field, why not spend some cash and build a military-like hospital in each of the states and help the capacity issue. I bet it would cost less than the $2.2 trillion we have just injected into the banks this last week.
