Stable and don’t require extensive care outside of just oxygen. For the majority of the hospitalized it can be extremely simple
The concern is that some after being stable for 5-7 days have an augmented immune response and can deteriorate rapidly. Those are ones that will require true icu level care but they’re also the minority (5-15%) of hospitalized patients (and over 80% don’t even need to be hospitalized)
