What governor is saying collecting data is a priority?
What governor is saying relaxing restrictions will be based on data?
None I've heard. Instead they throw out arbitrary dates - 30 days, 60-days, maybe never. The answer is based on the data, not on blindfolded throws of a dart at the calendar.
