Look - you've got your opinion, I've got mine. We aren't going to convince each other - so we are where we are.

I don't think it's arbitrary. I do think that things are changing quickly as more information comes in. I even agree that initial decisions were made with very little data - because we didn't have any - and as data increases it will be able to be used more and more.

But it's ridiculous to say that no data has been used at any point and isn't even being considered during this whole thing.
