I’m arguing with the people saying we should go all oprah on it.
To be fair that is a minority and almost completely people who see a political angle in this. I’d also argue against the people saying vetting is useless due to the political angle.

My aunt had a minor illness and was prescribed Chloramphenicol which killed her. Other children were also killed.

Safe use is surely important. Some risks are set aside when time is of the essence, which many have felt was the case.
