Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding. I definitely think we should try using drugs to dave people's lives. Didn't mean to
argue otherwise and I'm sure the communication failure came from my end. I think we should be trying everything we can to find a cure, and that proper vetting should be part of the process. I think evidence based medicine is a good thing and we can only get that by trying things out.

My aunt had a minor illness and was prescribed Chloramphenicol which killed her. Other children were also killed.

Safe use is surely important. Some risks are set aside when time is of the essence, which many have felt was the case.
