Jay Hill would be at the very top of my list

Paul Peterson, Lance Anderson, and even stretches like Robert Anae or Kelly Poppinga may be worth a shot.

You can stick with mediocrity because you are afraid there may not be anything better. The status quo isn't working and the program can't continue in this direction.

You can't just stick with the head coach of the worst stretch of football in 50 years and hope that is magically gets better.
