We will not have an NHS model. Hopefully it will be Medicare for all, with the

govt dictating prices. Hospital systems will still compete with each other. I think this system is much better than an NHS style system and will be far more fair than what we have now. Yes, it will mean people in their 70s and 80s don’t get that expensive cancer treatment to extend life six months. Yes, there will be mild rationing for non emergent procedures. Still quite the trade off.
