I not sure the public would go along with this as those that can afford private

healthcare would ultimately be paying for public healthcare as well through an expanded tax burden. I am assuming that the public option would be astronomically expensive. We effectively would be pushing the most expensive patients on that system. Maybe there are solutions to this, I don't know.
