own peril. If you get too many people, especially restless young people, stacked up at the bottom of the economy with little hope for a better economic future, you run the risk of them being so frustrated by everything they decide to just try and flip the whole system and start over. Seems like a lot of that has spilled into the recent protests of late.
The question becomes how to address. It is a multi factorial problem with no easy answers, but there are probably several things that could help, though certainly none are quick fixes. At a minimum recognizing the growing issue and starting to think through solutions is a start.
