If you don’t like your current pay go do something more valuable
If the primary difference between your 2020 work and your 2019 is just that the former was a year later than the latter you should expect a market adjustment probably near the inflation rate.
If you can’t run your own business (and make more) or can’t get someone else near where you live to pay you more to do what you do then you are being paid a fair wage.
If another employer offers more please switch. Everyone is better off.
