Katoa and Romney are the backups so apparently the coaches don't share
your concern regarding injuries to starters. Dax is fine, I think he'll bust a few. I do think there are a couple non-rotational guys that would be good at though if injuries were ever a concern. Hobbs Nyborg and Tevita Ika(if he's still in the program - not currently rostered). Both good PR in high school.
