No, I'm saying is that you shouldn't hold the Houston muff against him
It wasn't caught because of the interference, and refs are going to call that almost every time. I definitely fault Milne for the first one, and his lack of return yardage concerns me, but it's not his fault that he muffed the Houston punt.

He dropped the punt because of kick catch interference. Blaming him for that is like blaming a receiver for getting
