I too was quite flummoxed by the call — & wasn't quiet about it at all when it happened. So glad our team were able to block it out — & perhaps use it in inspiring their resurgence & utter domination in the final quarter.
As an additional story: Keenan Ellis has struggled every year to crack our corner rotation (& I can see why the coaches have favored such a talented Frosh as Harper this season), but man Keenan plays w a lot of heart & seems to be in the right place to make big plays quite a bit. I've become a fan of his. And it was Harper's ejection that gave him a chance to shine --& to make that nail-in-the-coffin play for us. So ultimately I see that ejection of Harper (with all its crazy injustice & drama in the peripheral details) --ultimately I see this as a good thing for the team on at least one additional level.
