Frustrating to go from 3rd and 31 to 1st and 10, should have been 1st and 25.

I agree with most of the calls on the play. The BYU player did target, even if unintentionally. The UH player should have been flagged and could have been ejected, but it was not targetting as it was not done during the run of play. The 15 yard unsportsman like penalty could have been an unnecessary roughness and, either way, should have been reinforced after the 1st and 10 was given.
