Little guys have to tackle bigger players somehow. Hitting someone in the stomach that way shouldn’t be targeting
What a player wants to risk in his own health should be irrelevant to the rule. The justification of protecting ones own self is dumb when enforcing a rule Playing the sport causes risk that each player must live with.
