If the PAC12 were serious about scheduling games with BYU, they'd have done so.

What they should have done was asked BYU to act as a potential scheduling backup for Utah home games.

If Utah can't play a given home game, and BYU has an open date, then the opponent simply drives down the road to Provo. BYUTV, Big XII refs, each team follows its own COVID protocols. That would make it worth BYU's while to keep a date open as a contingency, and make it logistically possible for both teams.
