What else is UW supposed to do?

You want UW that has nothing to prove to give up money to cover BYU yet BYU can't risk money? Who really needs the game here?
Make a contract with BYU and then take money out of other PAC schools? I see a lot here say it's common sense to have a contract yet don't see the obvious, UW belongs to the PAC and should take care of the PAC first. UW doesn't need to prove anything, BYU on the other hand does.

IF BYU gets left out fans will scream hate but yet BYU would not do what it could to get in.
