Baron AKA "Dear Leader"

There is pressure to maintain or improve the price. The more shorts and

the more pressure the company feels and they may take steps to stem the tide in the short term that hurts them in the long term.

Do you really not think that impacts how company's are run? That is one of the big concerns about going public. Having to manage to numbers and hit the numbers for the market.
