options make high school kids think higher of BYU, I'm all for it. I know first hand that kids in Utah talk about the Utes uniforms and all the different combos and stuff. If you want to stand out to these kids, shed the boring, hard line, strict honor code, fireside, scripture study brand we've had under Bronco. Rebranding as a cutting edge uniform, Nike, ESPN, Kalani-fun option is awesome! Changing the brand that kids see doesn't change the values of the university or the church. It just makes it more appealing to pimply faced teenagers who are, in fact, generally responsible for the success of the football program.
