But the equipment staff has gotten to the point of bragging about using 10 different uniform combinations this past season. That is a far cry from having a single all-Royal game. There are only 12-13 games each year, and switching up the look every week is gimmicky. And when you only have 6 home games to wear your iconic look, doing a Whiteout, Blackout, Royalout, Navyout, etc. all at home is overkill. I'm cool with one "special" home look per season to appease the players and get people excited. But when every other game is a special uniform, none of them are special.
