Cincinnati actually is the best option, maybe Houston.
BYU still has the "LGBTQ" issue, but lately, they've been
making inroads in that community, so who knows at this point.

I do believe though there is a core group of BYU haters in this country.
Mostly from former MWC members, who hate BYU and will do anything
to deny BYU. Crab in the bucket syndrome.
