Just the eyeball test - he did great managing the offense when he came in and was effective. There's definitely something to be said about that. Then you see Zach go off this past year, amazing arm and accuracy - minus the things that plagued him (decision making) previously and now he's a top 5 NFL pick.

Romney just doesn't have the same buzz or talent, doesn't mean he can't be good...it might mean he probably isn't going to be great. I think we see Hall and Conover and hope they can have that same type of Zach potential.
