Off the top of my head....
BYU got an early drive to start the game and then seemed to be shut down most of the 2nd quarter (I seem to remember several 3 & outs).
They had a couple of new trick plays in the 3rd quarter that worked well and resulted in touchdowns and a long rushing TD.
The only 1st down I recall in the 4th quarter was on the scrum play to end the game.
I could be missing a few plays or drives but that is what I remember. Baylor managed the game with no turnovers and BYU had some great play calls that he executed well. He also did pretty well in the 2nd half against a bad USU team.
At this point I'd guess that Baylor or Hall are much more likely to be a Riley Nelson type following after Max Hall then a Steve Young succeeding a Jim McMahon.
