I should say it more built on the professional leagues owning the "minor leagues" and using them as a breeding and
training grounds to bring up new talent.
But those kids get paid, I believe they get an education, and it takes the stupid NCAA/college out of view. If the kids are good enough, let them get paid and help them along the path to professional sports.

This is a serious blow to guys like coach K and Calipari. They make a living off finding the elite 1 and done kids.
