To run an excellent football program, the focus must be on having a competitive

environment. Ruffling feathers, hurting feelings, and playing players who aren’t the best because they have been around longer are the surest ways to run a mediocre team.

Teams will always make room for players who have better abilities than the current roster. We hopefully are doing exactly that
