Era are very transfer happy. The truth of the matter is that the coaching staff know which players are going to live up to their potential and who are not progressing. So I could not give you anything other than a personal opinion on who they could suspend or remove a scholarship from, just like everyone else here, it’s an opinion. The reason these coaches get paid is to make the tough decisions just like the one in question.. Are these two prospects more valuable to the team than someone else? All these players have potential but BYU has swung and missed with plenty of recruits in the past who hung around occupying a scholarship for 4 years and who never saw any significant time or did anything to help the team other than calling signals from the sideline, handing out water during timeouts, or just cheering loudly for their team. Scholarships are pulled frequently but we dont hear about it as much other than a player transferring after a season.
