Don't have all the details on the FCS transfer, but given he transferred late

Aug/Sept, most D1s don't have immediate scholarships available. And no FBS would of allowed him to play immediately due to NCAA transfer rules. FCS allows immediate play.

JaTarvious has NFL abilities so his plan was likely to play this yr then declare for the draft.
