I met Iain Glen back in 1997. Lobby of a musical in London he was in, Martin Guerre. He's a good singer. He was cool.
Met Shaq in the food court at the old Crossroads mall. Back when the Marriott was connected it it. Saw tons of NBA players there back in the day.
Met Dino Ciccarelli at a SL Golden Eagles hockey game as a teen back in 80 or 81. Their gear showed late so the game was delayed. He came out and chatted with me, my bro and my dad for 30 minutes easy. Gave us a stick after the game. He's in the NHL HOF now. I was young but he seemed nice and down to earth.
Met tons of NBA Players as a kid. Just showed early for games at the old Salt Palace and they'd talk to us as they warmed up. Back when a front row seat was like $20.
Met a few PGA Tour players back when Boyd Summerhays was on the Hogan/Nike Tour. He introduced to a few guys, including Jason Dufner. Man where did that go guy?
Tons more. Including Lefty at a restaurant in Tulsa, OK during the Tour Championship. Buddy basically invaded his space while he has on the john. Funny story not gonna share here.
