Realtors in the housing market should be paid next to nothing. They do not

add much value at all. The last three homes we bought we picked out online ourselves with zero realtor assistance and asked the realtor to show us the home. The realtor literally did next to nothing and then walked away with thousands of dollars. It's beyond ridiculous in this day and age that we continue to use and pay realtors our equity for doing almost nothing. It needs to change and realtors for the housing market largely need to go away.
