Has the exact opposite experience. Our realtor was a woman. The seller’s was a

Man.

Our realtor would bring our kids treats/toys after our 2 hour drive. Talked us out of more expensive homes that she didn’t think we would like etc. Gave us house warming gifts and the most impressive part was when the sellers were having issues with their moving company she helped them out when their (male) realtor wasn’t doing anything.
