We sold our last house. Paid ~$200 to get it listed on MLS. We had 2 agents in

our ward tell us what a big mistake we were making. They were actually upset with us. Was very odd. Ended up being great. Got 3 offers to choose from. Saved $$. Now, on the buying side, I use agents. The hassle of trying to get into homes makes it hard.
