That is what Homie.com is trying to do

They just charge a flat fee to sell your home, and they don't follow the traditional commission structure. They also offer other services such as loans. My SIL works for Homie in Utah, and she is selling homes like crazy right now for clients. It's kind of a hybrid between trying to do it all yourself, and the traditional realtor model.
