We sold our last house in 2004 FSBO for $10,000 more than the realtor said we

should list it for. It was the old days before prices went crazy but $10,000 plus whatever the commission would have been was a big deal for us at the time.

Plus it was so easy! I made a simple website with photos, put out flyers and a sign, and within 2 weeks we had a buyer. Took his offer to the title company and picked up our check.
