Max was great in many ways, but if he had Wilson's talent
there's no way he doesn't find a way to compete with those TCU teams backed by the NFL TE, WR & a record-setting TB at his disposal.
The dude was much more limited than many of his biggest fans are willing to admit. Super accurate, yes; Tough as nails, yes; but certainly not dynamic either as a passer or as a decision-maker. And as an athlete he was done if the play went south.
His fire could lead us to victory — & also burn our team to the ground. As it did several times in very big matchups.
