Completion percentage and Y/A have more to do with era than with QB talent
This is not meant to diss Zach at all, who I think it an awesome QB with legitimate potential at the next level.

But if we were only looking at his completion percentage (73.5%) and his Y/A (11.0) as the big things that make him special, those numbers compare pretty close to what Tyler Huntley did the previous year in Utah (73.1% and 10.3 Y/A) against substantially better defenses. Unless we're looking to argue that Tyler Huntley would also be on the BYU Mt Rushmore (I don't even think he's on the Utah Mt Rushmore which is a LOT easier), then maybe we should stop giving those stats outsized importance and realize they're a function of what is emphasised more now.
