At the time I was 100% Utah fan, so seeing him through that lens, I figured the more Sark was involved, the better for us. That makes it hard for me to see him as a BYU all-timer now.
His junior year he basically played BYU out of a winnable game, completing fewer than half his passes with 4 picks. I remember sitting in the stands thinking that he was Utah's best player in that game.
His senior year, BYU was admittedly able to beat Utah, but did so by basically taking the ball out of Sark's hands and not letting him lose the game for them. He completed fewer passes (7) than he had runs (8).
