That's true for all of these though...
They're all cases if what might have been.
Playing Utah in 2020 doesn't mean BYU would have necessarily won.
Similarly, Taysom healthy or Davies playing doesn't guarantee a win. Same with 2020 March Madness. They're all cases where we believe something great could have been.
Not playing CCU is probably the worst though, because it's just the opposite. It's saying we'd rather end up in the Boca Raton bowl, barely missing an NY6, but being blissfully ignorant and able to claim we were the best.
If it was getting an extra yard against CCU, it's my #1 choice. If it's not playing them, it's my last choice. I want us to take on challenges instead of trying for grandiose unsupported claims
