THAT's part of why year round would be good... spread out vacation days

Yeah, guess what, vacations can and will and should happen all year round.... they don't have to be tied to the teacher's schedule.

If you had a year round school plan, then various tracks are on different schedules, and people CAN go to Hawaii anytime during the year, not just when it fits your classroom schedule.
