The NCAA is gone
Here is how Kavanaugh puts it in his concurrence:

"Nowhere else in America can businesses get away with agreeing not to pay their workers a fair market rate on the theory that their product is defined by not paying their workers a fair market rate. And under ordinary principles of antitrust law, it is not evident why college sports should be any different. The NCAA is not above the law."

He argues persuasively that ANY limits the NCAA puts on compensation are illegal under the Sherman anti-trust act, and that problem can only be solved through new legislation or collective bargaining between the athletes and the NCAA (which is what makes the salary caps in pro sports legal).

Very, very soon, schools will be able to pay their players however much they want to.
