I’m willing to bet that programs who’s entire athletic revenue is at most $230
million will not continue to outspend NFL teams who’s revenue for just a single football team is $380 million at the lowest.

These big programs do not have infinite resources like many seem to suggest. There is a limit. And those numbers aren’t hard to find. When money can be channeled into paying players directly, the need to use facilities to recruit will disappear. I’m sure they’ll continue to have nice facilities but the arms race to have the coolest looking locker room will not be the same. Same with coaches salaries, most of the top guys get paid what they do to recruit. Recruiting skill will be a lot less meaningful when money is doing the talking.

Would you rather play for Nick Saban for $80k/year or A&M for $110k/year? Lots of players will take the highest offer. Ten years from now I’m willing to bet that the difference in salary between NFL coaches and college coaches is a lot different than it is now.
