I could do it, but I wouldn't. There are several ways you could get screwed, and I would not be able to live
the way I would like to.
Also, may people are forgetting that if you are retired at 40, you are going to be spending a lot of money over the next 20 years on health care/insurance.
Also #2: $96K 30 years from now will be VERY different than $96K today.
