Fact. Men and women are biologically so different that they need separate divisions.
Fact. Yes, withing those divisions there are talent and biology differences as well.
Two different things, though.
Using your example of Lebron--the least athletic NBA player is way closer in biological ability to Lebron (we are talking exponentially) than the most biologically-advantaged female is to the least athletic NBA player.
I find your claim that we are all hypocrites to be poorly construed.
