I just think there are some pluses of the imperial system that are overlooked and that many of the advantages of the metric system are better realized in things that need to be more specific than the typical persons daily use in the US (ie medicine and stem fields)

I just think depending on what is being measured and why it’s being measured the imperial system isn’t nearly as bad as some of the biggest advocates of the metric system claim because the imperial system offers some benefits over the imperial system. But “better” is a normative statement
