They could even keep school affiliation and names etc… just treat the athletes
as professionals. Don’t require them to take classes and have an age limit or number of years allowed in the league. Junior hockey wvwn has a draft… can you imagine how professional draft would absolutely take off in college football and hoops? It would be amazing.

They really could be successful doing it. Junior hockey has a substantial following in Canada. Doing football and basketball like that in the states would be an outstanding success. And for those who say “what about the education of the athlete??” I say….. come on, these college students are getting Jack squat for an education right now. It’s all just a complete show. If an athlete wants an education they can go the collegiate route. Hockey also has that option
