Maybe, but all that does is put Utah consistently at the top of the rest. I don’t see a bad option for Utah
Utah is never going to be on the same level as the blue blood programs in any circumstance.
Outside the core programs, few people have competed as consistently as Utah. Even fewer have made such marked leaps in recruiting.
If Utah has NDA up with a schedule that includes some mix of MW schools, low / mid tier Pac-12/Big 12 schools, it’s hard to see Utah not winning 9+ games every year.
