Lol, I get your point, but it’s not the entire picture. Utes are with the big
boys today (USC, Oregon, Washington, UCLA, Stanford). Even though the Utes don’t get the same level athletes and money as the big boys they are still invited to the same party. And that matters a lot. They get more money Becuase they are included right now, their brand is boosted from being iincluded which helps them in recruiting etc.
If they are no longer invited to the big boy table they loose the advantages previously mentioned. That’s a huge loss. The Utes will then be relegated to a lower second tier status. And you can see my previous post for what that means.
Sorry but Utah loses big time if they aren’t included in a hypothetical super conference. They will be back with the have nots. Sad but true.

Maybe, but all that does is put Utah consistently at the top of the rest. I don’t see a bad option for Utah
