The money benefits you list are short term. What happens in 2025, when

Texas and Oklahoma are no longer part of the media deal? The bulk of media contract value comes BECAUSE OF the flagship programs. All of Texas's and Oklahoma's value, and their prime TV kickoff spots, move from the Big 12 to the SEC.

The Big 12 leftovers will be looking at AAC-level money in their renewal contracts. That's a $30M per year gap...just over the horizon.
