AND, focus the future comparison on an implication that the best PAC schools have left.

Those are large logical leaps.

My guess is that the financial situation for Big 12 leftovers suffers GREATLY after Texas and Oklahoma leave. The PAC may have a handful of 'power' parachutes to give out; you take that over a Big 12 future that looks awfully similar to the current AAC.
