How much do college coaches measure that mental and charismatic ability while recruiting QB's? Is there any thing in place to make that possible? It's pretty compelling to think about how you can have two players on a roster where one has all the talent and ability but lacks the mental game and personality and the other is short, inherently physically limited, but has that mental and psychological ability.
It either needs to be something that is able to be evaluated during the recruiting process, or developed once in the program. I just don't know if this is something that's actively being attended to.
